I'm the same way about all other guns too I have 2 S W model 36 snubbies One is a round butt, which would be considered a arched grip, and the other a square butt, which would be a flat grip I prefer the round butt Same with the flat grips of the S Ws 3rd gen semi autos I would swap all the flat grips for arched AND thicker Houge grips
