When clicking on the CBC Gem app , quickly push the down button a couple of times on the Roku remote This will prevent screen lock up and then the bar at the top will return and things will work normally

Using a Roku stick, CBC Gem is working on my other Roku downstairs but keeps getting error message 3304” Content not available outside Canada” I have tried all the resets, deleted app and re installed, tried two separate email addresses, same fault message every time

On the CBC GEM page that CBC shows me, I search for CBC GEM, select it and there is an option to download the app However, when I search for CBC GEM using Roku, I only get an option to download the channel which gives me live TV options only

I see that CBC has changed to CBC Gem on Roku but can somebody please tell me why it keeps going back to the main screen after about 20 or 30 minutes? This never happened before and it only happens on CBC Gem
