Ah, okay - I was under the impression that you needed to get your address book imported Now, there's no direct way to import email files into Gmail and if you need to import the dat files into Outlook, you will need to use a paid convertor tool, e g Aid4Mail, to convert the files into a suitable format first, then import the converted files into Outlook itself
