Depends on the cooling pads, its going to lower perhaps 1-2 degrees C, then you have other cooling solutions such as vacuum high speed fans that take a suction from your PC, I personally think that having such a bolt on item would be much more damaging to your chassis and the PC

From my experience Frozr AI cooling is garbage I have a 3070 gaming x trio and in game the card always hit 80 degrees max, which is weird since this card should be super cool I was a bit concerned that it was a hardware issue but didn't want to send it back or check the cooling system myself since it is probably impossible to get another card
