Mysteriously the Copilot began working again yesterday afternoon I had read that Microsoft has done a system update or some tweaking and there is likely what happened My laptop never stopped working so I believe it was only the smart phone application for Android, likely related to the new Android 15 update

For your information: Copilot is available in the Home tab of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook on the web if you are a Copilot subscriber If you also have a Microsoft 365 subscription that includes the Microsoft 365 desktop apps then you should find Copilot available in those apps as well

If so, unfortunately Copilot Pro is separate from the Microsoft 365 Family program and does not currently support sharing with family members, so if you subscribe to it for your account, your family members cannot have the same service
