My old DISA (still on engine and) read 55 ohms (the egine is still very hot so will recheck it later) 3) DIAPHRAGM CHECK - (1st video below) If the power to the switch is good AND the DISA switch itself works, the 3rd component is the diaphragm chamber The DISA needs a vacuum which forces a diaphragm to close the flap
