With DTG there is an issue with printing black on dark color shirts I know that on black shirts the black color areas are knocked out or eliminated so the black shirt shows through to provide the color black where it appears in the design image But on dark-colored shirts, other than black, the separation renders the black areas as a halftone area DTG uses a white base on dark color shirts
