the earthmc dynmap and the map "canvas" i chose to use were different dimensions, the earthmc dynmap is more wide so it makes it hard to make nations like hungary and ukraine and poland and stuff, also i made this on pixlr which isn't very advanced and doesn't provide me with a lot of tools

Earthmc's map is the oldest by far and that's really it Other servers have things like SiegeWar plugin (a working war plugin) and other things like town nation upkeep to remove the prevalence of 1 person holding huge towns nations alive (e g jabesb2)
