If this is the case, you can try reinstalling the CP210 driver Plug the board in, go to device manager, locate where it is, right click and pick uninstall driver remember to also check the delete driver reboot computer plug the board back in, go to device manager, right click, update driver, browse computer for the CP210 driver and install
