While I get what you're saying, and I'll use the Tesla Roadster chassis as an example, you can build a chassis that has all of the suspension and drive train attached to it, an injection molded body would not have the structural integrity to meet safety requirements, and over time will crack where the doors mount, and would have zero rollover protection without a steel and aluminum skeleton

You do realize that Paul Elio or Elio Motors doesn't own that website anymore It''s held by a company that buys up domains and sits on them all in hopes someone pays them a bunch of money for them Plus Paul told the world that Elio Motors is a failed business I figured that was not enough and people needed to hear from him personally
