I open the program, I pick “Flash from file” I select the os file I want, Pop_OS, the program just stays stuck in a way I don’t know how to describe I’ve reinstalled BelanaEtcher and still have the same issue even after redownloading the Pop_OS file

I have Windows 10 on my computer and I am trying to create a bootable USB disk for either Linux Ubuntu or Mint I have downloaded both ISO files and I am now using BalenaEtcher to create the USB disks However after selecting ISO file (Actually “flash from file” in Etcher button), nothing happens I cannot select ether target nor Flash button I have tried to do this for both files Ubuntu

OMG, I ran into the same issue tonight, and thank goodness I stumbled onto the solution somewhere else in this forum: in Windows 10 run the Etcher app as administrator It is not enough that you install the app in an admin account with Windows You still have to elevate the process when you launch it
