Having just recently been re-introduced to tropical storms (thanks for nuthin, Fay), it got me thinking about my storm experiences growing up in Jax Although Jax is pretty fortunate in not being subjected to very many storms, there have been a few that did reak some havoc I can remember being given Huricane tracking maps at school and listening to the TV or radio for the latest co-ordinates

Yep I do!! I've written about this in this thread! You'd have to look back to find it!! But , basically far as I can tell two business partners split One opened Playland Park the other opened that Park on Mission which I'm pretty sure was River View Park Apparently it was poorly run and sort of shady! I'd been in there a few times over the years!! Eerie !!
