Hi, When calling over SIP server from 2N intercom to the GXV 3370 IP Phone I get audio and video When calling to the 2N intercom from the GXV 3370 IP phone I get audio but no video I did a packet capture on the intercom and H 264 data is getting to the phone, there has to be setting I missed Please help!

Hi My Grandstream HT-502 fail update to firmware 1 0 8 4 Other firmware have the format like ht502base bin, ht502basea bin, ht502boota bin, ht502core bin… and now it is only one bin file ht502fw bin But ht 502 search for ht502base bin, ht502basea bin, ht502boota bin, ht502core bin… and not ht502fw bin Why?

Hallo Carsten ich weis aktuell überhaupt nicht mehr weiter Habe nun alle sip acounts und Verbindungen auf der FB gelöscht Eine Port Weiterleitung für den 5060 auf der FB eingerichtet, leuchtet alles grün Alle Geräte Telefon GXV 3275, UCM und FB schon mehrmals neu gestartet mit dem Ergebnis, dass mir die nette Dame am Telefon immer wieder sagt dass alle Mitarbeiter im Gespräch sind

About to do a small quote for a client for a UCM6204 system w 6 handsets I have been religiously using GXP2160s and some 2170’s for my installs and have had overall good luck with them I like to give my clients options and would like to give them the option of the GRPs as well as I do like the look of them But I keep seeing posts about them being full of bugs, GS not updating firmware

I have had this issue for the past few releases regardless of hand programming or using the QR code from the UCM I get no audio from the GSwave device but I can hear everything clear as a bell from the other side This is in a lab environment on the same LAN The exact same device (droid maxx android 4 4 4) using zoiper on the same account there are no audio issues There are too many people
