Such a sad situation for HSN Amy Morrison , Valerie, Helen and Guy give the HSN program such class and professionalism I bought most of my purchases thru them! Amy was my favorite, she dressed beautifully and was informative and fun to watch! I My best wishes to this wonderful team who made on line shopping a great experience

Apparently, that is for HSN customer service and not for Synchrony CS There is also a fee to pay your bill through the automated system After 4 days of this nonsense, I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint Hopefully, that will get some action All I know is after this experience, I’m paying off the Synchrony HSN card and canceling it

HSN has product lines appealing to a broader audience and Q concentrates on menopause for goodness sake, it’s unappealing and I’m post-menopausal, so… Well maybe they can clean house with their over-the-top-insincere-loud-motor-mouth hosts, and replace them with some of the calmer and more low key hosts from HSN

Outrageous! HSN owns their own building in Florida QVC does not! QVC is much younger than HSN I think QVC should have to move to HSN’s Headquarters in St Petersburg It’s only fair because HSN is older own their building I watch both of them have for decades Like them both I just feel it’s wrong to make HSN move

I’ve been going through the same for years with HSN I type in my last name in all capital letters with the last four of my phone numbers as HSN told me to do and the same thing It’s HSN IT department there probably using robots I had told HSN over and over that they to redo there IT department, put humans back in

The HSN north was a comment regarding Joy Mangano’s set up She calls it HSN North I assume she had a contract that she would not have to travel to FLA to present and as she is a money maker for the brand and company assumed they agreed Andrew Lessman appears to be the same, rarely have I seen him make a personal appearance in studio lately
