You have to specify today's date for it to convert based on that This means you can not specify only a time using HammerTime, and any value below 86400 will always represent 1 January 1970 in UTC For example, 1627786800 represents 1 August 2021 at 03:00 UTC, which is the same offset in UTC, since UTC does not use daylight saving

Hammertime is a discord-oriented system to turn timestamp syntax into local time zone time on the client I would like to use something like this on reddit too but I don't know the syntax here or if it works at all
