I came across costochondritis in trying to figure out what was up with me and she thinks that could be it But I don't get stabbing pain (maybe twice or three times over the past year) but discomfort, weird just wrong feeling in my chest, tenderness near my breast bone and def shortness of breath that feels like pressure that i just don't have as much room to breathe

Yeah i had this symptom, with me it started with a chest injury from the gym, then sadly it led to a whole lot of other problems, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, chest wall pain, and all in all it probably took me 2 years to recover from it all, you wont take as long to recover i hope
