I prefer HowLongToBeat, and that's primarily because of its namesake - having such a detailed cataloguing of estimated time to complete the games is invaluable to me and helps me organize my backlog It has probably my least favorite UI, but the time data makes it the easy pick for me

HowLongToBeat is great Can be a bit confusing since a lot of people submit in-game completion times rather than the total playtime, but that still gives you a decent baseline I like that it's community driven and even has completion time for a lot of obscure retro titles

I'm a slow ass player especially with JRPGs so I tend to fall under the leisure chart But every now and then I will beat a game faster and wonder how that average was reached

I use HowLongToBeat fairly regularly but you have to use it as a vague tool and take the times with a pinch of salt It's getting easier now but a lot of games historically haven't actually had in game playtime trackers so you're relying on people having timed their playtime with a stopwatch or just guessing it a lot of the time
