That was the first powder I every bought, I started reloading in 2022 I picked IMR 4064 ( 30-06) because it was cheaper than the others I e varget, and 4350 The most recent powder I have bought is TAC for 308 I have gotten lucky with buying BR-2 LRP at $100 per 1000 in my hand

IMR 4320, a good powder for 308s, 303s and several other mid sized cartridges, managed to hang on with a couple of loads 4320 and some other old timers, were eclipsed by Varget, IMR4451, Re 15 and Re 17 While Varget and Re 15 aren't brand new, they are much younger than IMR 4320, 3031, 4350, etc

I think IMR-4198 is a little faster so you should find specific load info for it Pretty good powder for the 45-70 IMHO Every normal man must be tempted, at times, to spit on his hands, hoist the black flag, and begin slitting throats

I've been testing some Accurate Arms 4064 in my 30-06 Kinda impressed with this powder Groups have been running around 3 4" Haven't seen any pressure signs Burnrate charts has it a tad slower than IMR-4064 53 0grs with a 150gr Nosler BT gave me 2940fps 54 0grs 3005fps 52 5grs with a 168gr Nosler BT gave me 2880fps 53 0grs 2925fps

IMR 7828 has been to the 7 Rem like jelly has been to a peanut butter sandwich for several decades IIRC,it was the powder that was originally loaded in factory loads going back to when the cartridge was developed Great shooting and have fun working up your loads
