If you go to self-service page and under self service page you select My Items and then go to any service request raised by you There you see different tabs and one tab is Notes, where you get option to add note The box size of that text box is very small Can that be increased? I tried creating a new layout and added a new tab for adding notes but not finding to hide remove the default
