While I don't have any experience with KEH, they have been in business for a number of years have a good reputation I would also suggest that you also check out Used Camera Pro (Roberts Camera, located in Indianapolis, IN) I've bought both new used equipment from them without any issues or concerns since the mid 1970s

10+ years ago "Bargain" grade lenses at KEH were usually very clean and a good value Today I find better deals on quality lenses from sellers on eBay, domestic and Japanese Chris

Once your camera arrives, you can determine the shutter count for yourself by taking a picture, saving it as a JPEG and going to this webpage It isn't accessible from the camera menu, but it is stored in the EXIF data of pictures

The "Bargain" rated lenses are a very good bet -- in my experience, KEH has been very conservative in their ratings, and without exception, the lenses have arrived in better than expected condition The "Ugly" ones, as already noted are a crapshoot

A KEH representative has visited my local camera store, and I've stopped in two of the times attempting to sell I didn't have a camera with me the first time, but inquired about a pair of SX70 cameras I wasn't satisfied with what they quoted, and ended up selling them for a bit more through eBay

Haven't bought anything from KEH in a while But they're generally pretty reserved in their grading system Bought an ugly-marked lens, and that cleaned up fine Bought an 'inoperative' camera, and that was perfectly 'operative' when it arrived

YMMV with KEH, but I'd recommend trying to sell camera gear to a focused market of people who know what they want and what it's worth, like the classifieds here on APUG, RFF, or the "Bay" I haven't sold much on the forum classifieds, but have pretty much always done okay on the bay
