Early unofficial results showed that out of 196 people who voted on election day, 99 people voted to recall the mayor, while 97 people were against it There are still 193 ballots that need to be counted from early voting, absentee ballots, special needs ballots and questioned ballots According to the City of Palmer, the preliminary election results are expected to be updated on Friday, May 23
