I just have a comment regarding MALS diagnosis I have been treated for MALS and I have experienced several of her complaints The initial test usually is a Doppler ultrasound of the abdominal vascular system If it shows blockage of the celiac artery - or other major artery- a CT angiogram with a specific protocol is done to confirm the findings

There are 2 types of Mals, one in which the blood flow is restricted and neurogenic in which the nerves are involved You should have a ct scan with pictures taken on inhale exhale There’s a list of surgeons who have experience with mals which is important bc it’s a delicate surgery

This should have been found Look outside the box Research! If you look it up I had the classic signs I did have a US Abd Limited ultrasound in 5 4 2018 but with my classic signs of Mals a Ct Angio Abdomen should have been ordered I had indigestion, diarrhea and occasional pain maybe not as much as expected with MALS but present
