Also at max level covert ops ships have stronger scanning strength but still lack the 37 5% bonus to scan deviation only the metamorphosis has as far as I know I wonder how that effects scanning? Less of echos and rings I guess? Edit: there are two other ships with the scan deviation bonus apparently
