- Office 365 Home apps wont run - Microsoft Community
Office 365 Home apps won't run I bought a used laptop with Windows 10 pre-installed I have had a 365 subscription for years and it is current I have installed Office 365 from every possible location and the apps do not run and this is true of ALL the office programs
- After update, Office and Outlook no longer recognize my account
Options are "Buy" or "Use a different account" Since I bought it 3+ years ago, I click on "use different account" That gives me an option to create an account When I try that, it tells me "That account is already a Microsoft account" What do I do to regain full access to my Office and Outlook apps?
- Update windows 8. 1 Pro use Store, All App crashes????????
It does the same thing as the apps Also, since upgrading to 8 1 two days ago, via the Windows Store App, starting up the computer takes two to three times longer
