Twist together the red and yellow wires of the subwoofer's High Level cable, and connect to the 8 ohm positive output terminal on one of the two monoblock amplifiers Connect the black wire of the High Level cable to the negative output terminal on the same monoblock amplifier

Monoblock Aegirs I am moving my old Vandersteen 2ce sig II out of the media room and setting up a 2 channel listening room in a pretty good size space in our front room, 25’ x 25’ with a large adjoining dinning room and 10’ ceilings

If the stereo amp uses a shared power supply, then the monoblock is going to sound better It may still sound better even if the monoblock is single ended If the monoblock is fully balanced differentially, it will beat the stereo amp (as long as the it is properly designed for balanced topology -- some amp circuits do not bridge mono well)

A Classe CAM 350 monoblock ($4,449) vs Classe CAM-400 monoblock ($4,900) I don’t know Classè amps all that well but the earliest reviews I can find for the CAM 350 go back to 2001 The CA-400 may go back to 2009, when was the CAM-400 last made?

I was given 2 denon-poa-6600 monoblock amps They each have 2 outputs Running them into my preamp and 4 speakers Looking at the front speakers do I use one amp for front left and rear left, and then right front and rear with the other amp? The mono part is playing with my mind not usually this mentally challenged hahah Thanks

Good question I'm stretching here a bit , but the main advantage I can see for monoblocks versus say a dual-mono single box design is that you get a dedicated power cord to each side
