Assuming you're one of the vast majority that just uses it for those special jobs, just log into MyVector, click on Talent Marketplace, then click on where it says "Search Equal Plus Jobs" or something along those lines Use the filters to view jobs that you're eligible for (My recommendation, just filter by Eligible = Yes)
