Well, I had a "closed" status same day our board posted my passing score online, 6 days after I took naplex Prior to that, my naplex registration maintained the "ATT generated" status all through those 6 days There is also the factor of which states participate in NABP online reporting vs those that don't Mine (IL) doesn't

When I was a resident one of my co-residents failed the NAPLEX but she wasn't kicked out of the program Her rotations were structured in such a way that her rotations didn't require licensure i e admin, drug information, etc

The NAPLEX questions are simple and straightforward, so if you can do well on the Rxprep quizzes you should be fine I think Rxprep over prepares you with the information they provide As people stated before, 12 hours is too long to study, you are putting your brain into overload and burning yourself out
