My EDC is a 32 oz Nalgene wide mouth bottle with a Nalgene neoprene cover, which controls sweating, and has a Guyot Designs Splashguard inserted The GSI Glacier Bottle Cup, Large (taller than standard nesting cups) will nest inside the 32 oz cup when not using the neoprene cover I also have a few of these along with extra Stanley Adventure lids

Nalgene actually makes their ATB that has the lid I want, but it doesn’t fit properly on the regular bottle I have three of the same type bottle, so I want the filter to feed them easily Engineering and design to follow

I've never heard of this before but my Stainless Nalgene bottle died today Around the top it appears it was supposed to be welded, the weld then ground flat with the rest of the bottle On this particular bottle the fit up was either not very good or the machine was off as there was little or no weld penetration

So, having make a PSK that I'm pretty satisfied with, I'm wanting to make a kit that mostly fits in a 32 oz Nalgene bottle I also plan to buy a MOLLE carrier pouch for the bottle, and a FAK sized pouch to attach to the nalgene pouch (I hope that made sense) I'm struggling with the whole quantity versus quality dilemma right now

I have several Nalgene bottles that I rotate through the week Unfortunately, they all seem to retain a funky smell All I put in them is tap water and a slice of lemon They have become sponges for odor I clean them thoroughly and then they smell like dish detergent I have tried bleaching
