- Compass Pointe - Pros and Cons (Wilmington, Oak Island: real estate . . .
There must be some downside to living there, but everyone from the real estate rep to people who live there say it's 'euphoric' We just want to go in with our eyes open and know all the good and bad of the place so we can make an educated decision We would love to hear of some of the resident's experiences that were not so nice TIA

Has anyone been watching it? It’s a nice escape A sweet young California couple inherited a 500 year old chateau in France from her grandfather It came with a million dollar inheritance tax They rented it as a wedding venue to pay expenses, and have just started renovating it to live in and restore It’s kind of a fairytale
- Living in Yorktown Heights (pros and cons) (Peekskill, Mahopac: cul-de . . .
(The residential area just outside of the commercial center retains its 1800's and turn of the century homes and is quite nice ) Another con is that there is no train station in town, so you need to drive to one (again, that will vary depending on where in town you are; my daily drive to the Croton-Harmon station is 10 minutes)

They are different cities There are actually 5 of them, you forgot Grosse Pointe Park and Grosse Pointe Shores Grosse Pointe shores is the most affluent I believe But they are all good places to live Very nice areas
- Anybody remember these restaurants? (Cincinnati, Green: club, shops . . .
Yes, I remember all of these places and live in Montgomery now Sadly, Chester's Roadhouse was torn down to make way for yet another car dealership What a shame! Charlie's Crab is now Carlos and Johnny's which is pricey, but nice
