I am using OpenAI Whisper API from past few months for my application hosted through Django It s performance is satisfcatory But instead of sending whole audio, i send audio chunk splited at every 2 minutes It takes nearly 20 seconds for transcription to be received This is then displayed to the user

So I coded a bot that uses OpenAI API and it runs great, but the 3 months expired and I no longer have a key The usage was very minimal, in 3 months I used like 2$ worth of queries So are there any good free AI APIs out there at the moment? Mistral-medium is really impressive and sits perfectly sandwiched between GPT-3 5 and GPT-4 In my (limited) experience it's a great choice for anyone that isn't able to get consistency or quality out of GPT-3 5 Why would anyone choose Claude? No but seriously, what are their competitive advantage? Safety? GPT-3 5 v Gemini Pro seems very close but in my (limited) experience GPT-3 5 does
