Could someone please escalate this issue in EA? It makes no sense I can prove that I own my PSN account (by logging in via social sign on) but yet a hotmail account that no-one on earth can verify (indeed it could have been hacked for all i know!?) is linked to my PSN account by EA with no way of unlinking it effectively holding my PSN ID hostage

Funny because I started the web app with my ps4 log in and now I can only log with an EA ACCOUNT that’s very frustrating as I don’t have access to my old email for EA and the dumb thing doesn’t let me change it without verifying the change by clicking on a verification link sent to my old email which I don’t have access to, logic
