To get to Greens Pass from Stampede, your going to go down to the old town of Lester Just before Lester take a left onto the 52rd (I think) If you hit the gate on the Friday Creek bridge for Tacoma's watershed turn around The junction you need is back maybe a quarter of a mile
- No Mans Land - High Island to Sabine Pass (SE Texas)
Texas Hwy87 used to run between High Island and Sabine Pass - two hurricanes in the 80's and 90's wiped it out and it has never been rebuilt The McFadden marshes north of this area are wildlife sanctuaries and there are no roads, no public access The area between High Island and Sabine Pass is now literally - No Man's Land!
