It sounds like something is interfering with the PerformanceTest licencing files when it starts up (either preventing access or causing a crash) Before you started seeing the errors was PerformanceTest starting correctly or was it crashing? Do you have an security or antivirus software installed software, if so can you make sure it isn't running while you install and launch PerformanceTest

V10 is an old release now So you might like to try V11 If you turn on logging, there might be some additional information The majority of 3D problems are device driver bugs, device driver crashes and hardware failures

Hi Sirs, We have two test units with the same H W and S W configurations One unit was reported fail in CPU temperature over threshold The other wasn't but actually there were some CPU temperature over threshold We need to figure out why some CPU temperature over threshold can be considered fail but some can be considered

It isn't a known issue (with this card), but the GeForce MX570 A also isn't a common card We've seen other cards device driver combos cause this however LOG NOTE: 2024-08-16 04:17:20, 3D Graphics, 3D DX12 test 1 - Running on NVIDIA GeForce MX570 A Maybe the video card device driver crashed (or a bug) Or it is hardware failure Might be worth looking in the Window event log around 2024-08
