Is there a way to make PowerDVD automatically change the monitor refresh rate to 24p 23hz instead of going into 30p 29hz I ask this because I use inverse telecine option with my Nvidia card When turn on inverse telecine under "adjust video setting " tab in the Nvidia control panel and manually set my monitor's refresh rate to 23hz, I get
