Since the Rackspace Email mailboxes still work I was going to try removing the email address from the Exchange mailbox and add a new Rackspace mailbox using that address, then forward that to a newly created domain in M365 Unfortunately, the ability to add any new mailbox on the Rackspace Email system is completely broken too
