In researching, I've read so many great things about Recteq's customer service and the huge majority of happy owners of Recteq grills, so I thought I'd give Recteq a try I'm going to give Recteq a call tomorrow, but thought I'd post here in the meantime to see if I could get some feedback Thanks everybody, Happy Grilling Smoking!

I ordered directly through recteq and bought the starter bundle One of the sauce jars broke open and ruined the seasonings However the smoker itself came in a mangled box (it’s not a box but a cardboard sleeve that goes around the top and bottom) and wasn’t properly on whatever cardboard platform they use inside the sleeve

Best place to look is the subreddits and Facebook groups You'll see a huge and happy group of Recteq owners as I'm sure you'll find the same with many other brands I own a Recteq and I'm very happy with it Well built, stainless hoppers and grates (big selling point for me), controller has performed great, and CS is awesome
