The listings on Realtor com and Redfin are supposed to be accurate and up-to-date, because these websites are directly linked to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) where agents list homes for sale

Redfin may have some options, look for other companies in the Real Estate space and other roles I can definitely see Executive Assistant, Listing Coordination, Transaction Coordination, Inside Sales Agent (I literally run a 100-person team of ISA's working remotely) that can be done remotely
