can I get a short cut to amazon prime videos? I am also gonna try to get a Netflix short cut Vudu short cut maybe HBO go I think I can do that? I may have just started with the one that does not have an app for that Perhaps someone can recommend a training video, to teach the very old or very young how to work this computer, with windows 10

I believe all my settings are up to date When I have my laptop connected to the tv through an hdmi cable everything works normally until I go to prime video, I click full screen on episode that I'm watching and then the screen just goes black, the show is still playing as I can hear the sound, but the video does not come through

I've had Amazon Prime Video for about 2 years now It works fine on my Android Phone It works (Streams Fine) on my Android Tablet however, After Updating my Drivers with a Free 30 Day Trial Program (because this HP Laptop was purchased mostly broken) the HP Support Assistant doesn't never did work right or as most of you know it would Update the Drivers for me

- Unable to capture video screen shot playing on Amazon Prime in Windows . . .
I had this problem today I tried to play a video on amazon com prime and you cannot capture it with screen recorder and it just shows up black screen but the audio and pop up symbols for play and pause show but not the actual video content its just black Its definitely Microsoft edge, I used google chrome and it works fine now I hope that helps

m having a issue that earlier i was able to stream 1080P HD in amazon prime video in windows app but recently I am not able to do so I m having a lenovo pc and 20H1 latest windows update and also the apps are up to date and also have 150MBps updown internet with 1ms ping please tell what can I do to stream back to 1080p as earlier
