Thank you I understand your caution regarding purchasing the product and I did buy it in May 2012 Now that I found the purchase date I also found the original Adobe email with the Product Serial Number and Order Number but the download link no longer works

I would say that Acrobat X Pro is an older, unsupported version (support ended for Acrobat X Pro ended on November 15, 2015) While Adobe should still be able to reset your activation count, be aware that they no longer provide technical support or updates for this version

Yes, Adobe maintains download pages for legacy Acrobat versions as far back as Acrobat 9 HOWEVER, those download pages are not easy to find ALSO, when you reach the download page for an old Acrobat version, you don't get the FINAL version of the old Acrobat version

I am encountering the same issue when trying to launch Adobe Acrobat X Pro from the CS6 suite I bought in 2012 I am still on Windows 7 My serial number is not recognised by the app, however the Adobe website acknowledges that this serial number is in used Other apps from CS56 suite work fine
