I bought a Win7 Home Premium upgrade 3-pack online ("gold something" com) and used it upgraded a Dell Inspiron Vista machine and a HP desktop running XP Things were good for ~2 months (Nov 2011 to now) but suddenly I am seeing Win7 build 7601 is not genuine messages and a black screen Diag output posted below I see "Notification Reason: 0xC004F200 (non-genuine) " Questions:

Whereas my 'Variable' value is set from a linq query output, that returns multiple values But my Output Variable does not support multiple values being returned ( like of type List or Array) It just persists the last value returned by linq query

Assuming you have a tool like excel and export your Data from act into some form of spreadsheet, here's one way to tackle the problem given that your data is similar to the form you provided

The best way I can see for doing this, is to add the Lookup Address Ribbon Button to the Case Form They don't need to be able to see the address, just a lookup field with the Address Name field visible 1 Is this the best way to do this? 2 How would I go about adding this into the Case Form? The easiest way is to search on Appointment entity via Advance Find and find appointment that are not completed in last six month and are regarding to the account record, you can include Account Entity columns (i e Account Number etc ) from the Regarding (Account) entity then can export into excel and remove hide the duplicate account values
