Has anyone installed the new (ish) Stewmac low profile rods or similar with the adjustment at the head? My plan would be: -buy the truss rod first and make sure I lay out my routing marks correctly!! -route the rod channel so the end of the adjustment nut lies just past the fretboard nut

Eeeeh, for 10 or 15 dollars more I would go with DiMarzio or Seymour Duncan I would be more inclined to buy the tools to make pickups from Stewmac, than to buy pickups from stewmac If that makes sense
