I woke up to an email confirming that the email address on my stubhub account was successfully changed I did not change it I reached out to customer service to try and get my account back They have been no help because my info doesn't match the account! Of course it doesn't!! The person who hacked it changed all of the info in the account

There are now several games where all tickets in Row A are hidden, including mine The lowest row visible is Row B The logic fails to realize that Row A tickets (directly behind the dugout) are much more valuable than tickets in the second row behind the dugout There is no reason for Stubhub not to show the lowest priced tickets in Row A

I called Stubhub and they put my email back so I was able to log in I immediately changed my password and called my credit card company and cancelled my card Stubhub "escalated" this incident to their "Fraud" department I later received an email from Stubhub stating that they determined there was no fraudulent activity on my account

Sold tickets, but I cannot confirm with stubhub the completed transfer as the ticket vendor is not listed Tickets transferred to buyer from the vendor site: carteretpac showare com When I try to confirm the transfer the vendor does not show so I seem unable to confirm I already did indeed transfer the tickets to the buyer
