This setup lets me switch between controlling the TFT and the phone with the wheel It also lets me hear the turn by turn directions and see the arrows on the TFT map on the phone The setup works well enough, but I'm hoping this R12 bluetooth module does exactly the same thing in a much smaller package

My 600 mile service about a month ago made my SENA SRL to bike connection unusable I reset the "TFT", the SENA and re-paired with two different phones It works sitting at idol, but moving makes the connection choppy I pair SENA to phone and phone to TFT now and that works clearly, but I loose TFT control of entertainment and phone

Cardo to TFT, Phone to TFT, Carpuride to bike and phone - Music works great, voice commands (both cardo and Siri) work great As soon as I introduce the camera, I lose music Still connected, just no audio Power off the camera and the audio returns immediately having stayed connected the whole time Power camera up, music audio goes away

While the TFT is feasible as a retrofit to the GS from a certain model designation onwards, that model has options for BMW's Connectivity The Roadster 1200 has never had that, so this might be a limitation, notwithstanding the harness on later models

There seems to be a new software update for the TFT on the r1250, version 022 005 041 , from this week The sport screen with dtc , braking and bank angle measurement screen is added as part of the update I have mine booked in for next week Hopefully this will be included in my update

The service manager said that the TFT update covered four things: fixes the unreliable Bluetooth connectivity issue, fixes the sudden loss of power issue (apparent in the GS and GSA models, primarily), adds the Sport screen with DTC , braking and bank-angle measurement, and finetunes engine parameters and maximizes engine performance
