I use Notion at work, but I use my personal Notion account for my daily to-do lists I just pop all my tasks on a board view and move 'em all along In my free time, I use Notion to organise my reading with lists of books I've read, how much time I've spent on each book, books to buy, bookshops I'd like to visit, and my notes on books I've liked

One solve I found, get a google account and embed a jam board document into notion It gives you a relatively tidy square in your notion with a preview of anything written drawn on it pressing on it will take you externally to google jamboard to edit Hope it helps!

I have specifically been looking for a way to synchronize my MS ToDo tasks with a Notion task database I take all my notes in Notion, but MS ToDo's suggestions based upon emails and other things is really good As well, notion doesnt have a great app to use for quick entry of things such as tasks while Microsoft's outlook todo app works great

Notion desktop app is bad IMHO, I think there is some memory leak bug that makes you use more and more memory I just opened the app the first time (only have a couple of pages) and then forget to close it for a while suddenly it takes 20GB of RAM when I get back
