But Garuda is amazing and has lots of good defaults and custom made software Personally I install Cachy for the optimisation purposes and then add some Garuda software like Btrfs assistant etc and add the custom fish configs and a few other bits and pieces that make Garuda special That way I have a bit of a hybrid between the two

Today, I downloaded the latest Garuda Linux ISO and wrote it to a USB drive using both Etcher and Rufus However, when I try to boot from the USB, the screen goes black after selecting the USB device, and the system fails to boot I have tested both the Hyprland and Mokka editions, and they all have the same issue On the same computer, previous versions of the Garuda Linux ISO booted normally
