tracfone, straightalk, net10, total wireless, walmart family, simple mobile and safelink are really the same company and believe use all the same back end systems and support teams with different brands and logos printed on device packaging and websites, apps, etc i would imagine Verizon has little incremental expense to keep the brands alive

Trying the "forgot password" route gets me an email with a "password reset link", but following the link just gets me to tracfone's homepage (I am 100% sure that I have the correct password, but I thought I'd try in case they want me to change the password or something)

When I spoke with a rep she thought it should be TRACFONE VZWENTP (though sometimes they are clueless) and she had me set it that way when I was activating it, but when sim was activated in J3 Orbit, it auto-set to VZWINTERNET, even with it previously set for TRACFONE VZWENTP So upon official Tracfone activation it is set for VZWINTERNET

I just called the Tracfone corporate office and asked about the missing balances and a rep told me that TF is doing a system migration According to rep it started on March 13th and is scheduled to last until March 21st TF is moving to a flat end system Rep read my balances to me on both zeroed out lines and they were accurate
