Now that it did update, I tried again to preform an intercept, but it still says the package is ineligible (without elaborating as to why) Upon reading the list of reasons that might exclude my package in this case, I can find nothing: this was first class mail, with tracking, a small bubble envelope, going to a normal residential address, etc
