So, if you are an @shaw ca email user and have some time on your hands, please have a look back through your webmail and see if this gap, or anything similar, has happened to you too Shaw is claiming the problem is on my end but with my settings leaving all mail on their server, I don't see how that is possible Any takers?

I actually solved it myself I was asking this question on behalf of someone else and they were used to using Windows 10 Mail, then switched to Shaw Webmail and couldn't figure out why it wasn't autocompleting the email address The solution is that once they have sent an email to someone in Webma
