What I did was firing up Everything and looking for any remaining Voicemod files as stuff usually stays on a computer even after uninstalling And I did found a few files in %Appdata% and in Windows Prefetch After deleting them, I went in device manager (Devmgmt msc) and removed every sound drivers related to Voicemod
