Former Walmart People Lead here 🖐🏻 10 years total in HR at Walmart While a two week notice isn't necessary, and while it's true that you can just walk out and not come back, be very careful I had plenty of people up and quit on me No notice, no info, nothing Mostly because a lot of the management we worked with was awful Regardless
